I canceled my account. Why is GetaSite following up with me about my outstanding balance?

Cancellation of your subscription does not dismiss outstanding balances.

I haven’t been using the system, so why am I getting billed?

We do not bill based on usage. Instead, much like your cable company that provides you the ability to watch your favorite channels, we provide website, email, and related services that are always available for your use.

Why was I double-charged this month?

Chances are the, credit/debit card charge from the previous month declined and did not clear until this month.

How can I report a change in ownership of the company?

Don't hesitate to contact our accounting department with any updates or changes to your account.

How can I get a copy of an invoice?

The last six months of archive and historical invoices are available to you on our website – please email accounting@getasite.net for your specific URL.

What forms of payment can I use?

GetaSite accepts payments via credit or debit card. GetaSite currently accepts, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Plus, you can set up a direct deposit to our account.

Can I put my account on hold?

No. GetaSite provides services continuously, but customers are welcome to start a new account with us after they have canceled if no past-due balance exists.

vCan I pay by check?

No, however, we accept direct deposit to our bank account. Please get in touch with our accounting department for setup information.

Can you split payments towards my monthly fee between two cards?

No. GetaSite requires each payment to be charged to one card only.

Can I change my billing date?

Currently, billing dates cannot be changed.

How can I update my credit or debit card?

Use this link https://getasite.net/legal/forms/credit_card_form.pdf to access the form to update or add an account for our files. GetaSite Credit Card Form then email to our accounting department.

How can I cancel my account?

Please use this contact form and put Cancel in the subject.
